After a bit of Alchemy and determination, our newest invention... "Smoked Himalayan Hot-Salt" is now available. Following months of purchasing vast amounts of (very expensive) "Smoked Salt" to use in our seasoning rubs, we asked ourselves the question: "Why can't we source freshly-mined Himalayan salt and smoke it ourselves?"
(Of course) our alchemic minds took it a step further and said "What if we infuse the salt with our favorite hot sauces and pepper mash and THEN cold-smoke it over apple and hickory so it has the TRIFECTA of "Salt, Spice, AND SMOKE"?
Well... We done DID it.
Our Smoked, Himalayan Hot-Salt is now provided in 5 oz shakers in coarse form for you to course-rub it onto Steaks, Ribs, Briskets, Roasts prior to cooking to infuse it with the flavor of slow-smoking (without the hassle of actually smoking). The rich Apple and Hickory wood smoke flavor comes through with a bit of spice in every cut.
WE typically put into a salt grinder to use as a topper to add salt/spice/heat/smoke to finish every dish from breakfasts, to salads, to meats, veggies... LIMITLESS!
