Pineapple-Infused HOT-HONEY

Hot-Honey is the newest trend to reach the West-Coast starting with it's unique East-coast and Mid-West use on PIZZA! (Don't knock it till you've tried it!)

We took it up a notch further using locally-sourced, raw honey from Strachan Apiaries and then infused it with not only capsaicin from hybrid Reapers and Habanero peppers, but also  fruit flavor from freeze-dried pineapples and sea salt/apple cider vinegar to round out an amazing balance of sweet...spicy...and fruity.
